The Client: Sunrise Growers, one of the largest strawberry growers in the nation, is a mid-market agricultural organization operating in the planting, cultivating, harvesting, distribution, and marketing of strawberries, based in Placentia, California.
The Challenge: Sunrise Growers required a real time reporting system in order to track their sales and inventory pipeline. Their legacy systems and operational tools were no longer adequate in helping the organization made decisions on how to best fulfill orders and expectations of customers.
