The Proprietary CPI Needs Assessment
CPI’s first step with any customer is to perform our proprietary $5,000 Needs Assessment.
The Needs Assessment involves CPI learning about your company’s business processes, current technology infrastructure, and strategic goals and then recommending phased Business Process Management or Web Development solutions that offer the most value to your organization. We follow that up with one meeting per month for twelve months in order to assure the return on your investment.
